...and at our last actual meeting, a pulse party at ryans, a final hurrah, we writers of emerald entertainment, saying good luck and farewell, saying keep in touch, but knowing otherwise, our most humble and brilliant editor aaron passing out small gifts to each of us. Each must have had some significance to one another, but mine, I thought was the most meaningful. Something I will put into a box and find one day when I am older and I will sink back to now, memories flashing back and forth until it locks into the night I recieved this gracious simple offering. I will never forget that moment when Aaron said, "here tin man." and he handed me a piece of notebook paper, an origami folded into a heart....
